This is yet another gland of the male reproductive system, the bulbourethral or Cowper's gland. It consists of compound tubuloalveolar glands surrounded by a thin capsule. Note the septum below which contains smooth striated muscle fibers. The secretion of this gland is clear, viscid and mucous like.
