Raymundus Vinaterii, doctor of law, and Ferrarius de Lilleto, general bailiff of Catalonia, councillors to the king as well as commissaries in matters pertaining to his feudal holdings, confirm and certify that Berengarius de Dos Rius, knight, gave to Raymundus de Dos Rius and to the late Guillermus de Medalia one-half each of the castellany Torrelló, according to an arbitrated settlement. The procurators accept from Raymundus thirty solidi (Barcelona) for their confirmation, and Raymundus pledges to uphold his feudal obligations to the king. (The division of the castle must have royal consent, since Torrelló is a fief of the king.) Dated 7 Kals. August 1329.
