Jessica Raper

Jessica Raper received her J.D./M.A. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal and a Straus Institute Fellow at Pepperdines Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She received her A.B. in Political Science from Duke University. She recently published an article entitled The Gacaca Experiment: Rwandas Restorative Dispute Resolution Response to the 1994 Genocide, in which she analyzed Rwandas gacaca process in light of international dispute resolution standards. Previously, Ms. Raper was an attorney in private practice, with specialty areas including international and complex business litigation, and a Staff Attorney at NASD Dispute Resolution, Inc
