Submission

For Individual Papers and Poster Presentations

The Proposal Submission Form accompanied of a PDF file containing an anonymous abstract should be submitted as attachments via e-mail. Proposal submission deadline extended till November 30, 2006.

1) Download the Proposal Submission Form: Proposal Submission Form (118 KB)

2) The PDF attachment should include (use Times New Roman 12 font):

•  the title of the paper/poster
•  a 250 word abstract (exclude all personal information)

Please use the subject PAPER or POSTER in your e-mail and send both files as attachments to an email to gurt@georgetown.edu.

For Colloquium Proposals

The Proposal Submission Form accompanied of a PDF file containing an anonymous abstract of the colloquium should be submitted as attachments via e-mail. Proposal submission deadline extended till November 30, 2006.

1) Download the Proposal Submission Form: Proposal Submission Form (118 KB)

2) The PDF attachment should include (use Times New Roman 12 font):

•  The title of the colloquium
•  a 250 word abstract for the entire colloquium followed by the title and a 50 word summary for each paper (exclude all personal information).
