Committees
Several advisory committees exist to provide consultation on issues related to a variety of operational functions at the University. These bodies provide advice to the Senior Vice President on issues including:
- Advisory Committee on Business Practices: A committee created to advise the Senior Vice President on university business practices, including those with an ethical or moral component.
- Data Security Enhancement Task Force: A University-wide Task Force on Data Security to engage leaders on all campuses to identify a variety of critical business, academic and research functions that utilize confidential and protected data and to implement practical changes to more securely conduct this work.
- Energy and Environmental Sustainability Advisory Committee: A committee formed to advise the Senior Vice President on the underlying mechanisms that will positively affect climate through potential changes in campus behaviors and processes.
- Licensing Oversity Committee: The Licensing Oversight Committee (LOC) is charged with primary responsibility for establishing, managing, and reviewing policy toward, and relations with, the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) and all licensees.
