Financial Aid Award Renewal

Apply Each Year

Because the amounts and sources of federal financial aid program funding change each year, and because your financial circumstances may also change, you must re-apply for financial aid each year you intend to enroll at Georgetown.

Conditions for Renewal

If you are offered financial aid you can be reasonably assured of continuing financial support provided the federal funding sources continue to be available, that you continue to demonstrate the same level of financial need, that you are making satisfactory academic progress, and that you are in good standing with the University.
